The initiative reached out to and worked closely with 500 Panchayat Raj India (PRI) members, 500 natural and faith based leaders, 500 ASHAs / AWWs and 2 lakh mothers directly, to drive a positive behaviour towards sanitation practices. Some of the impact measured during the first year.

The initiative has impacted 54% of the households in UP & 52% in Bihar

In less than a year, over 37% of the villages are either Open Defecation Free or in the process of achieving it

54% of the households are willing to construct toilets with own money

Number of economic working days saved due to this investment is 85,000 which otherwise go in sickness due to poor health and hygiene

1.7 million USD added to the national GDP through economic working days saved from disease by investing 0.41 USD per person per reach with an average of 5 reaches per year
